Innovation
Novus Mechanical Works uses the most advanced engineering tools - from 3D modeling software to complex multi-physics software - to achieve precise component finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation. Parts and components undergo digital development and analysis prior to fabrication, quality inspection, installation and testing. Multiple design iterations may be performed and verified digitally, reducing the risk of failure and the need for addtional design-iteration cycles after fabrication, certification, installation and testing. We integrate digital modeling and part data seamlessly with computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software, reducing the time required for computer numerical control (CNC) programming and tool setup.
Quality
Novus Mechanical Works maintains a zero-nonconformance policy, which we acieve through the use of advance metrology tools, rigorous calibration-standard operating procedures and intensive workforce training. All fabricated parts are inspected to ensure that they meet or exceed cusomter needs and requirements. We use enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to maintain part traceability from design through quality inspection and applicable testing. All fabricated part have routing documentation and fully traceable reports in formats required by the customer.

At Novus Mechanical Works we consider our customers as partners and collaboratoin with them as the first step in achieving a successful outcome. We update our customers continually throughout the engineering and manufacturing process on the status of project development. We prioritize transparency to optimize the design phase and if applicable the production phase of the project. We know that maintaining two-way communication in order to understand our customers' needs and requirements enables the best trajectory for missing success.
